On which, part 2 hopefully later today!Annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01019907275666753543noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741036541041672560.post-43285436980359538332011-04-07T18:16:32.500-04:002011-04-07T18:16:32.500-04:00Wow... My "problem" is not placenta previa, but a higher-than-they-would-like BMI which has led to weekly bio-physical ultrasounds. Naturally, my unborn daughter passes each one with flying colors, but as you have shared perfectly and I couldn't agree with more, it has also changed my feelings about my pregnancy. Where I thought I'd feel empowered has, in fact, left me feeling disempowered. The thing that really chaps my hide is how I ALLOW it to disempower me. Anyway, can't wait for part tow, either! ~ RaniaRalahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14900868925750584478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741036541041672560.post-35686176956228283722011-04-07T12:59:05.198-04:002011-04-07T12:59:05.198-04:00And here we'll sit, waiting on the precipice o...And here we'll sit, waiting on the precipice of "what happened next?!?" It's so unsettling.

At first I was very focused on these unnecassary interventions during birth, then I releazed that these interventions don't start when you are 38 weeks or so pregnant - they start on your first prenantal appointment!

Something will eventually change, slowly - but change will happen : ) It already has .....AmandaRuthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17057331670582864051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741036541041672560.post-29709092398496186282011-04-06T22:34:19.682-04:002011-04-06T22:34:19.682-04:00OHhhh!
